Sapna Weddings provides a flexible work environment and is looking for help on a full-time basis. We are quickly expanding and are in need of dedicated, creative individuals looking to learn and make a splash — both creatively & professionally. A strong candidate for the Wedding Coordinator position will have a passion for cultural weddings, excellent organizational skills, and will demonstrate superior communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to work under pressure while managing many different types of personalities and juggling multiple tasks. The candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership skills while being able to execute the perfect event.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
• Wedding Sales
• Conduct appointments with clients, create vision, collaborate in design and manage wedding day execution
• Fulfill administrative duties, including telephone and email communication, and calendar management
• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, newsletters, etc. to hold interest and increase sales
• Assist and facilitate special projects and problem solving with all staff members as needed
• Prepare time schedules, agendas and informational materials for weddings
• Creation of promotional & marketing campaigns and ideas
• Full time position including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Extensive independence, initiative and judgment are necessary in the execution of responsibilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
• Must have strong creative side

• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, early morning and holidays
